We ordered a piece of furniture through them without actually seeing what it would look like in person. They walked us through all the steps of customizing it and were very helpful. We waited over a month to get our piece furniture, but when it was delivered we really were not very happy with it. This was no fault of them since they weren't the ones actually building it.But I knew that I could just not live with this piece of furniture for as much as it cost, especially.When I called to let them know they did not hesitate to make it right, and they didn't make us feel bad about anything whatsoever. They just wanted to make sure that we as customers were happy. We were so thankful! Their customer service and their care is absolute quality.

There's so many pieces that are hand crafted by Amish carpenters. Their workmanship is something to be hold. You can tell by looking at the items the care and pride they put in every piece they make and it also shows that they truly love what they do.

Purchased set of living room end tables and euro chair from Susan. Price was just a just a tad bit higher than our local store. Service was top notch and when one of the tabes had a small flaw, she immediately ordered a replacement. Couldn't be better. Great people and great unique furniture. Will drive the 75 mi again. Dave

Very nice furniture, decor and accessories. Seems to be a bit pricey, but like I said, very nice furniture.
